Michigan Weimaraner Rescue, Inc. is a not for profit, federal 501(c)3 charitable organization founded in 1993. With the tireless help of 70 plus volunteers who are dedicated to finding forever homes for displaced Weimaraners, we foster and place an average of 75 dogs per year. We rely 100% on grants, fund raisers, private contributions, and adoption donations to care for the dogs currently in our rescue; all donations are welcome and needed. Or, click on our Events page for up-to-date info on all events and fund raisers! MWR relies on your generous support of time and donations to continue in the "mission". Without all of you, many gray dogs would not get that second chance. Hug your loved ones, two- and four-footed and say a prayer for those without.
